SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

At Minicat Worldwide we carry a vast range of products in our warehouses and maintain good stock levels.

We aim to dispatch orders within one to three working days of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. Please note, for additional "parts" please allow up to six working days for dispatch.  If the item ordered is out of stock, a member of our sales team will contact you to inform you of any delay in delivery time.

We only dispatch orders on weekdays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.  Courier deliveries do not normally occur on a Saturday - we therefore cannot guarantee deliveries on a Saturday.  Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

The vast majority of our orders are sent with a courier, however we may use an alternative service for smaller items or parts.

Packages dispatched with couriers will require a signature from a person at the delivery address. Goods will not normally be left without a signature.
