Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

We don't think it'll happen but if for any reason you choose to return your product or cancel your purchase, we will return payment for the goods (excluding delivery costs) within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract subject to proof of postage within the given timeframe. 

In order to begin the return process you must contact us directly. 

The repayment will be returned by the same used in the original transaction, unless explictly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. 

You must return the goods to MiniCat no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You must cover the direct costs of returning the goods. Please provide proof of postage in order to meet this condition and note that MiniCat may hold the repayment until we have received the goods back. We recommend returning any items via insured and tracked mail service. 

We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed. 

 

Notes on Returns

1. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.

2. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or you don't like it when it arrives then you are required to pay the postage back to us.

3. If an item arrives to you and is damaged, or not as described on the website then we will pick up the tab for the postage.

4. Once we have received your return the money will be back in your account within 3-10 working days.

5. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves.
